How it works.

Care Time-Tracker utilizes convenient telephony technology. When a care giver arrives at a senior’s residence, they dial a special phone number to confirm they are there. The system verifies that the caregiver is clocking in and out from the senior’s primary home phone number (Caller ID). The efficient system logs in real-time time with no discrepancies.
 

Benefits

• Your care giver can responsibly keep track of their hours without the need for timesheets.
   
• Clients can keep track of hours as well – and pay only for those when a care giver is present. If your care giver should happen to arrive, for example, 15 minutes late, you do not pay for this time. You are only charged for the time our caregiver spends with the senior.
   
• In-home Care™ management can also find out about any unscheduled absences and quickly respond with alternative arrangements.
