You’ll also be able to see what tasks and care were performed that day, as well as have the ability to inform us of schedule changes, medical updates, more -- anything that affects how we can better assist your special senior. Safe Senior: Telephone Medication Reminders

With this special program, an interactive phone is made to the care recipient to remind them (up to 3 times a day) to take their medication. This service actually states the names of up to 6 medications and asks if your loved one has taken them. If they respond that they haven’t taken their medications or, after 3 failed call attempts, the designated loved one/contact is called so that proper action may be taken. Caregiver Screening Process

Every In-home Care Caregiver goes through an extensive screening process that includes a psychological evaluation to determine trustworthiness, conscientiousness, personality and more. This evaluation helps us to better assess and assign a caregiver that matches your care recipient. After completing the personality evaluation, we then run a criminal background check and perform a ten-panel drug test at our offices. Additionally, all of our caregivers are bonded and insured.

"Voice of Help" Medical Alert System

Reach help and a caring voice at the touch of a button! Our useful alert system allows seniors or the disabled to receive assistance any time, right at their fingertips. To activate, they simply press a small wireless button worn around their neck as a pendant or on their wrist as a bracelet. The system allows them to communicate by voice or serves as a panic button should they be unable to speak. A trained dispatch monitor will respond and send help immediately. The alert system is monitored 24/7, year round. When the button is activated, the individual’s information automatically appears on our monitoring staff’s terminal and the proper police or emergency medical authorities are contacted immediately.
