To ensure the security and safety of our
clients, our screening process includes:
- Every Caregiver goes through an exhaustive screening process that includes a physiological evaluation to determine trustworthiness, conscientiousness, personality, sexual abuse, anger and more. This evaluation helps us to better evaluate and assign a caregiver to match your care recipient
- Utilizing the Department of Florida Law Enforcement to conduct a
thorough background check of our Caregivers before being placed with any client.
- Everyone at In-home Care must take a drug test, in our office not a laboratory. We are a Florida DRUG free company
- In-depth procedures to review Criminal Records and
Department of Motor Vehicle Records. Conducting Employment
Verification, Social Security Verification, and Personal
Reference checks.
Once an individual has successfully completed our thorough
screening, they will be bonded and insured.
Additionally, from the information we gather from you, we do our
utmost to match the right personality with your loved one. You will
be given the opportunity to interview any individual we place to
ensure that EVERYONE IS completely comfortable with them,
INCLUDING THE CAREGIVER. Once you experience the quality of our
Caregivers, you will know you’ve made the best choice for your
special senior.
Who are our Caregivers?
We diligently seek out dependable, trustworthy, patient,
remarkably caring, and friendly people to work with our clients
including those with past experience in home care and/or experience
with volunteer and religious affiliated organizations. Additionally,
we continuously provide our Home Care Helpers with current materials
and new innovations related to working with and caring for seniors
to further enhance their abilities.
