In-home Care’s Certified Companion Aide Program, CCA®

In-home Care™ is committed to providing its clients with the most professional caregivers in the senior companion care industry. In order to ensure this, we look for warm, honest, caring people and then we help them to gain the education necessary to become the best the industry has to offer. Our caregivers have the opportunity to become Certified Companion Aides, CCA’s® , a designation that will elevate their knowledge and their status in the industry.

Those who complete the The Senior’s Choice Certified Companion Aide, CCA ® program have successfully completed an exclusive training program specially designed for companion caregivers. This program, derived from a popular certified nursing assistant program, is a compilation of the best standards and practices available in companion care, focusing on 19 essential care subjects including:

Professionalism
Understanding Aging
Safe and Comfortable Transfers
Chronic Medical Conditions
Infection Control
Maintaining Safe and Healthy Home Environments
Nutritional Needs
Meal Planning and Preparation
And much more!

Become a Certified Companion Aide. To do so, you will need to start by becoming a companion caregiver for In-home Care. If you would like to be considered for an interview, please click the button below and fill in the request more information and application. Your request will be forwarded to In-home Care. You will be contacted within the next few days. You will need to complete an employment application and then be interviewed. Once hired, you will be able to enroll in the CCA ® program and work towards obtaining your certification.
