How It Works…

Our system will place a call to the senior’s home phone number and say, “Hello (first name), this is Wellness Reminders from In-Home Care calling. Are you well today? If yes, please say "Yes" or press 1 on your touch-tone phone. If no, please say "No" or press 2 on your touch-tone phone". If the response is "Yes" or 1 is pressed, our system will say “Thank you. Goodbye". If the response is "No" or 2 is pressed, our system will say, “I will call (designated contact's name) immediately. Goodbye.”

 
  • Three call attempts are made to the subscriber’s phone number. If our system reaches voicemail, an answering machine, or does not receive an answer during the first two attempts, the system disconnects.

• On the third attempt, if our system reaches voice mail or an answering machine, our system will leave a message that says: “Hello (first name), this is Wellness Reminders from In-Home Care calling. We have attempted to reach you 3 times today and have been unable to do so. We’ll call (designated contact’s name) immediately. Goodbye.”

• Our system will immediately notify the designated contact by phone of our inability to receive a response at the senior's number. Additionally, we will send an email to the designated contact if an email address has been provided to us.

• Flexible scheduling, easy updates. With each of our Well Being Service Options, you can select the calls to be made everyday or only on specific days of the week. You may also change your profile at anytime -- i.e., designated contact, senior's phone number, time of calls, days of the week, etc.


WELL BEING CALL OPTIONS


For our random time option, you select a time window in which you want the initial call to be placed (i.e., between 9am and 11am, 12pm and 2:30pm, etc.) Intervals between unsuccessful attempts will be approx. 30 minutes. The designated contact will be called immediately following 3 unsuccessful attempts. An email is also sent to the designated contact if an email address has been provided to us.

a) Time Specific –  Once Daily…………..     Subscribe Now
  b) Time Specific –   Twice Daily…………..     Subscribe Now
c) Time Specific –  Three Times Daily…...   Subscribe Now

For our specific time option's, you select the specific time you want the initial call to be placed. Intervals between unsuccessful attempts will be approximately 10 minutes. The designated contact will be called immediately following 3 unsuccessful attempts. An email is also sent to the designated contact if an email address has been provided to us.
