• Three call attempts are
made to the subscriber’s phone number. If our system reaches
voicemail, an answering machine, or does not receive an answer
during the first two attempts, the system disconnects.
• On the third attempt, if our system reaches voice mail or an
answering machine, our system will leave a message that says: “Hello
(first name), this is Wellness Reminders from In-Home Care calling.
We have attempted to reach you 3 times today and have been unable to
do so. We’ll call (designated contact’s name) immediately. Goodbye.”
• Our system will immediately notify the designated contact by phone
of our inability to receive a response at the senior's number.
Additionally, we will send an email to the designated contact if an
email address has been provided to us.
• Flexible scheduling, easy updates. With each of our Well Being
Service Options, you can select the calls to be made everyday or
only on specific days of the week. You may also change your profile
at anytime -- i.e., designated contact, senior's phone number, time
of calls, days of the week, etc.
WELL BEING CALL OPTIONS
For our random time option, you select a time window in which you
want the initial call to be placed (i.e., between 9am and 11am, 12pm
and 2:30pm, etc.) Intervals between unsuccessful attempts will be
approx. 30 minutes. The designated contact will be called
immediately following 3 unsuccessful attempts. An email is also sent
to the designated contact if an email address has been provided to
us.

For our specific time option's, you select the specific time you
