How It Works…

Our system will place a call to the senior’s home phone number at the predetermined time and say, “Hello (first name), this is Wellness Reminders from In-Home Care calling. It’s time for you to take your medication. Have you taken your (up to 6 medication names)? If yes, please say "Yes" or press 1 on your touch-tone phone. If no, please say "No" or press 2 on your touch-tone phone." If the response is "Yes" or 1 is pressed, our system will say “Thank you. Goodbye". If the response is "No" or 2 is pressed, our system will say, ““Please do so at this time. Thank you. Goodbye.”

You select the specific time the call is to be made for each of the Medication Reminder Calls. Up to 6 medications can be selected for each call and there can be different medications for each call.
