Wellness Reminders from In-Home Care™ is the perfect solution for family members concerned about an elderly loved one living alone and senior citizens who need a handy reminder to take their specific medications at prescribed times. Automated and interactive, the service places calls daily and notifies a pre-designated contact if the senior citizen appears in need of assistance.

 
  Choose from our two convenient automated telephone programs place daily calls to:
  
   a) Check on a senior’s well being

   b) Serve as a medication reminder service

Service Overview:

• Pay just one low monthly fee. No long distance or per minute charges!

• Depending upon the service you select, our automated system will either call at random time's) or predetermined time's) decided by you and/or your loved one.

• Since we can’t control when or how many times a service subscriber might listen to the same message if left on an answering machine, no message is left after the system’s third attempt. For safety purposes – for both well being calls and medication reminder calls -- we do not leave a third message and immediately call the designated contact.

• It is essential that the senior’s designated contact has voicemail or an answering machine as they will be contacted after our system makes a third attempt to contact the senior and there is no answer. If this designated contact does not personally answer the call, our system will leave a message. (Note: Our system makes 1 attempt to reach the contact.) Additionally, the system always sends an email to the designated contact if an email address has been provided to us in addition to the call placed to alert them of the senior’s missed calls.
